Returns and exchanges

Our greatest desire is that those who wear Boun'Shoes are always satisfied. If you are not convinced, have changed your mind, or the size you chose does not fit perfectly, you can request a return or exchange.

The conditions for obtaining returns and exchanges:

• Email us to initiate the return process within 14 days after receiving your items: italianbounceshoes@gmail.com;
• All items must be unworn or damaged;
• All Items must be in their original packaging that must be intact, and complete with the cloth bag;
• returned products must be given to the courier within fourteen (14) days, from your first email communicating your intention to return the purchased product;
• the shipping costs for returning the product (return or return and exchange) are borne by the purchaser;
• in the event of a return, the refund will be made using the same payment method you previously used during the purchase;
• in the event of a return, the sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of return and inspection of the goods;
• the replacement product will be sent to you after we have received and checked the returned product, as quickly as possible and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from our receipt of the returned product;
• if the replacement product is not currently in the warehouse, it will mean that the item is not ready for delivery, it will therefore have to be restocked and can be shipped to you in approximately 30-40 days.

If you have purchased tailor-made or personalized products, the right of return or exchange may be excluded.

To make things easier for you, we have decided to create the ‘Return’ and ‘Return and exchange’ products. All you have to do is purchase the service and pay for the shipping directly. We will then contact you to send you the label to attach to the parcel.

For ‘Returns’ and ‘Returns and Exchanges’ from countries outside the European Union, please write to us at the following address: italianbounceshoes@gmail.com. We will let you know the shipping costs. Customs duties are always charged to the customer.

It is not permitted to return a product and then proceed to exchange it by placing a new order. In such cases, Boun'Shoes reserves the right to charge for the new shipping costs (where these were previously free of charge).

Boun’Shoes will issue a full refund including shipping for items that are damaged upon arrival, show any defects or faults, or if the item received is not what was ordered. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible, and in any case no later than one week from receipt of the goods, to start the return or exchange process.
