Orders are processed and handed over to the courier on working days from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are normally processed on the first working day following the order.

You can choose from the following couriers: InPost, Poste Italiane (Crono Express), UPS, BRT, DHL, FedEx (only outside the EU).

Please note that our shoes are all handmade by small artisans! For this reason, all deliveries are subject to stock availability:

• Stock errors may occur that prevent us from shipping the item immediately. If this happens with your order, we will send you an e-mail to inform you of the estimated shipping dates.
• We may ship some of your items separately;
• If the message ‘on backorder’ appears when selecting a product, it means that the item is not ready for delivery. It will therefore first need to be restocked, and we will be able to ship it to you in approximately 30-40 days (the time may vary depending on seasonal peaks in orders).

Given the economic inflation that has affected all Italians and, consequently, also the production of our products, we have decided to pay the shipping costs for your shoes!

We carefully pack your order within 24/48 hours of receiving it, and it will be delivered within 48 hours of us handing the parcel over to the courier.

STANDARD DELIVERY IN ITALY (2-4 working days with Crono Express – Italian Post Office)

• € 6,00 with Crono Express – Italian Post Office

If you need to receive your parcel more quickly or if you prefer a different courier to handle your delivery, you can select your preferences on the Checkout page, where you can also view the relevant shipping costs, which, in this case, will be charged to you.

In Europe, we ship with Crono International, UPS, BRT, and DHL, with delivery times and costs varying depending on the destination. Delivery times and costs will be calculated automatically on the checkout page.

DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:

We ship worldwide with Crono International, UPS, DHL and FedEx, with delivery times and costs varying depending on the destination. Delivery times and costs will be calculated automatically on the checkout page.
